For your extreme
support extended by franchising your Valuable Vote and registered a bright
future for BSNL and its Executives.
This was an overwhelming response from
all the executives.
My Sincere gratitude
to all the Circle Office Bearers, Divisional Secretaries, CWC Member, CEC
Members, Core Committee Chairman and their Members, District Office Bearers and
everyone for their dedicated, efficient and effective Campaign.
During the period we
met almost all the Executives and requested to Franchise their vote on
07.12.2016 and support SNEA.
The tireless,
day-night effort definitely has yielded the result so that voting percentage
reached 93%.

n) Rejecting the adhoc payment of Rs 2000 (when all other Assns
[AIBSNLEA] were ready for absorption just for Rs 2000 and tried to sabotage the
agitation of SNEA) and finalising the terms and condition for absorption in
BSNL like E1A, E2A, -- E6 pay scales, 5 TB promotions after every 5 years and
point to point fixation, before absorption.
o) Group B gazetted status for JTO cadre facilitating absorption
as an Executive in BSNL.
p) Protecting BSNL from disinvestment and copper cable unbundling,
Struggle for ADC and USO subsidy, procurement etc.
q) 12% EPF Contribution without the ceiling of Rs 6500 (now Rs
15000) for BSNL directly recruited employees
r) Struggle against cancellation of 45.5 M GSM tender, for refund of
Rs 6752 Crores as BWA spectrum Refund charges, filing Writ Petition by SNEA in
the Delhi High Court challenging 3G roaming and ICR pact, finalization of
tenders, CDR, ERP etc
s) Five TB Promotions policy with liberal attendance condition
ensuring 100% promotion to the Executives.
t) Concluding ITS absorption issue through Cabinet decision.
u) BSNLMS RR 2009 ensuring direct promotion from SDE/AO to AGM/CAO.
v) Opposing BSNL and MTNL merger
w) resolving the issues of Civil/Elect/Arch wings like counting
of residency period from 01.10.2000 for the 1st TB promotion, 1st
and 2nd ACPs, relaxation for Accounts examination, ending the
discrimination in promotions for Diploma holders by issuing clarification.
x) Amending the BSNLMS RR to increase the regular quota from 50% to

Chaudhari.
Last
rites will be performed at Kharadi Smashan Bhumi at 9.00 tomorrow 14/11/2016.
We SNEA Pune pray almighty to give courage to Com. Virendra for sudden
demise of source of inspiration your beloved father. May god give you and all
your family members the strength to overcome the incidence.

Nov 2016 SNEA Pune congratulates Com.P.G.Patil SDE Data Network {9422522900} on his superannuation on 31/10/2016 and Com. S.P.Marathe JTO Sukhsagarnagar {9422006566} on his
VRS on 01/10/2016 and wish them a “Peaceful and Happy Retirement Life”.
Com.P.G.Patil SDE -Joined in DOT as a Technician(Telegraph)
in 1981 at Hubli Division in Karnataka
Circle.In 1984 he was promoted as PI at Shimoga for Shimoga and after passing
competitive examination,he was promoted as a JE/JTO at GMM Project Chennai. As
JE/JTO project,he installed different automatic telephone exchanges (
NEAX-10, E-10B) in Karnataka,AP,Kerala
Telecom Circles for more than two years. He joined Pune Telephones in August
1988 as JTO Trunks. He was transferred to telex O/D section in Oct 1988 and
worked upto 1999. He joined as SDE Telex and Data Network in 1999 and worked
there till his superannuation. He installed and maintained thousands of Data
Circuits, ISDN. He was honoured by “ Vishist
Seva Padak award” for his excellance in Data Network in the year 2004 for
the year 2003-2004. Apart from his day to day work,he trained more than
2000 employees for new technologies like MLLN,MPLS,VPN,ILL.He had served DOT & BSNL with
complete devotion and dedication. Also he is die- hard member of SNEA and
has always taken active part on all activities on the platform of SNEA. Com
P.G.Patil retires on his superannuation after completion of 34 years of service.
Com.S.P.Marathe -completed 36 years of his service
in DoT and BSNL and has rendered his service in Pune and
Raigad SSAs. He is well known for his obedient behavior and is very sincere
towards his duties. Starting his career as Technician in 1980. He was promoted
as JTO in 2001 and rendered his service in Rural and Urban Part of Pune SSA He worked
as JTO Alibaug in Raigad SSA during 2013 to 2016 with his extra ordinary work in OD section. He is
also an active member of SNEA, Com. S.P.Marathe voluntarily retired on 1st
Oct 2016 and till the last day of his retirement he continues with his duties
with same sincerity and dedication.
