19 Jan 19: Meeting with PGMT Pune :
Com D.S. Shri. D.
R. Bhogade along with District President Shri. V.R Chaudhari met PGMT Pune on
16/01/2019 to discuss various HR and other important issues of Pune SSA. PGM
Sir discussed each issue in detail and informed us about the action plan to
tackle the same. Apart from HR issues the following important issues were also
taken for which PGM Sir has agreed to do;
1) Relieving of
the officers from Pune to RCNGN, BBNW whose order has been issued by
Maharashtra Circle :
PGM Sir has
assured to relieve the officers from Pune whose transfer has been issued to
RCNGN and BBNW Pune after making suitable arrangement.
2) Posting of
SDE Civil as SDE Building in various important buildings of Pune SSA:
Presently many SDE
(Telecom) are posted as SDE building in various BSNL buildings of Pune SSA.
Apart from the technical work of P/P, Battery, MDF etc building work which is
very important is also looked by them. We suggested PGM Sir to post SDE’s from
Civil wings as SDE building and JTO/JE can be posted to look after the work of MDF,
P/P, Battery etc. This will definitely help us to maintain the buildings more
efficiently, and can also carry out important works such as property
taxes/water bills/Mutation/Renting out properties etc. Sir also welcomed this
suggestion and informed us that he will take case with head of Civil at Circle
office for posting of more SDE( Civil) in Pune.
3) MSEDCL,
Rented Building /BTS site payments issue:
We informed Sir
regarding hardships and difficulties faced by our officers regarding
disconnection for nonpayment of electricity bills and other property tax/rent
payment. The difficulties in procurement of Diesel for E/A etc. Sir has
informed us as there is shortage of funds but payment will be made priority
wise.
4) Housekeeping
work Tender:
The vendor has
stopped work of cleaning at all major buildings of Pune SSA including RTTC w.
e. f 01/01/2019 as a result of which premises are not getting cleaned. We had
informed the difficulties and unhygienic conditions raised due to day to day
cleaning work not done by the vendor. Sir has informed us regarding alternate
arrangement to re-allot housekeeping services to other qualified bidder. This
matter will be resolved shortly.
5) Crèche at
MHS Bhavan:
As per the demand
of many executives of MHS Bhavan to make the Crèche operational on priority
basis we held discussion with PGM Sir. As the work of painting and remuneration
is already completed for the Crèche, Sir has positively agreed on making this
Crèche operational after completing formalities. Hope the crèche will be
operational shortly.
6) Request to
conduct Phase-II training of JTO’s at RTTC Pune:
JTO’s from Pune
and nearby SSA who are due for Phase-II training have requested to conduct
training at RTTC Chinchwad Pune. We have discuss this matter with PGM sir and
he assured us to do the needful by rearrangement of staff at RTTC Pune. The
phase-II JTO training may be proposed from first week of April-2019 after
completion of necessary formalities as informed by DE RTTC Pune. It will be
very convenient for all JTO’s from Pune and nearby SSA and also it will save
expenditure of BSNL. Approximately more than 50 JTO’s are expected to undergo
Phase-II training at RTTC Chinchwad Pune.
08 Jan 19: Executive Body meeting of SNEA Pune held on
04/01/2019.
As per the
notification given by District Secretary SNEA (Pune) dated 02/01/2019, the
third Executive Body meeting of SNEA Pune was held at Conference hall Bajirao
Road on 04/01/2019.
As per the
agenda, the points on Development meeting to be taken with PGM Pune were
discussed and accordingly various committees were formed. These committee
members will prepare draft pertaining to the issues and remedies in detail to
be taken up with the PGMT Pune shortly.
